R80 000 damage to car when only service needed

The car was taken for general service, which was done and paid for. Service dealer advised that person working with differential could only be available on Monday. Car was left with dealer over weekend since it was already there since the Wednesday. On Monday we were informed by the owner that our car was driven and damaged over the weekend. We immediately removed the car to a panelbeater for quotations to get the dealer to repair our vehicle. We contacted Bosch SA after a month of no communication or effort from the dealer to try and resolve this matter. After filling in forms for Bosch SA, nothing came from that. We now had to follow legal routes to try and get our vehicle fixed. Isn't it amazing how the innocent ends up being on the short leach? The service dealer suggests fixing my car himself (after showing us no trustworthiness) or buying it for below retailvalue! His own insurance does not want to pay for damages due to indiscrepancies in his claim? He still seems to think we will believe him in saying our car was damaged inside the shop whilst there is a 60km difference in the odoreading from checking in with him to the panelbeater's office.
