Lemon car sold to me, service error keeps reoccuri

March 2013 I bought a 1 series 2013 model kilometer reading null, a month down the lane the car started to show that it was overdue for service with 3000 km reading, I took it to boksburg auto alpina where they failed to fix it and recommended I bring it in for a full day service of which I did, after they fixed it and assured me it was juz a faulty oil level sensor, 3 weeks after that the error came up again indicating the car was overdue for service showing the oil level sensor as the problem and yet again showing that it only required to be serviced december 2014, I took it back for thr 3rd time wherein it was taken in for diagnosis and CPS correction, during collection the error was corrected but a month after that it indicated it was overdue for service with the same problem, I specifically spoke to the service manager who then assured me he would engage BMW south Africa, they (BMW then proposed that the car required over night reprogramming with bmw SA technicians) so the problem doesn't occur in the future, it was then fetched for diagnosis for the 5th time of which 3 weeks I still persust the issue car indicating its due for service, bmw sending m 4rm pillar 2 post.
