My car broke down unexpectedly and I had to urgently book a car for a day. It was late afternoon and most of the other car rental agencies had closed or were about to close. I managed to get hold of Feroza at Avis in Sandton and she was fantastic. She sorted a vehicle out for me and was extremely positive and helpful when I collected the car. The service was extremely professional and she was clear about what was included and what wasn't. Thank you so much Feroza for assisting me when I was really in need of a friendly face and calm demeanour!
