I purchased a BMW F30 320i from Auto Alpina Boksburg on the 26 of August 2012 wth 3000 km on the clock. After I have driven the car for a week approximately at 3500 km the steering wheel started making noise, I took it back to the dealership and requested a swop-out and I was told by the sales Andre Eramus " who now runs away when he sees me" that the law requires at laest the problem to be experienced three times, FAIR ENOUGH I took his advise. The car's steering rack was replaced and two weeks after I was back at the dealership, they now have worked on that steering wheel for FOUR times and the problem is the there. They had to do the aircon refill, ended up denting the car and now the leather seat is scrached under their care. I have complained to the delearship and was I told that BMW SA has to intervin, Cooper Naidoo from BMW SA drove the car and also confirmed that something is wrong BUT BMW SA will not do a swop-out or even cotribute because when they sold the car to the dealearship it had 0.00 km, as the delealership has added km on the car, they should sort it out. THIS IS ACCORDING TO BMW SA, THEY ARE SUPPORTING THEIR BRAND and CLIENTS.Ha! Ha! Ha! Being refused my rights.
