Terrible experience with the service

We got the most terrible service from the manager Drew Spink. We asked for a discount as when you are looking for cars it is typical to try to negotiate for a better price (used car). He was super rude when telling us a discount could not happen. He was also micromanaging his employees in front of our faces. Which made me feel bad for them. It was like he had no confidence on his team. Also we were doing a wire transfer and he was on top of us (through the employees) trying to find out when this will be done. Unfortunately we found the car we wanted at this place. I wish so much we did not have to do business with this people. This whole situation was awkward and made us feel very uncomfortable.
