Suzuki Auto South Africa
Suzuki customers come last

On the 6 may I took my vehicle into the suzuki umhlanga dealership for a service.
They kept it for the day and the account was R1136.00.
A few days later the 15th I phoned the workshop as the brakes were a bit soft and asked the workshop manager, Neville Johnson if my brakes were okay, He said they had nt checked the brakes during the service, I said what did you do, he said they changed the oil, and, oh yes and they checked the lights. I asked if they had picked up the problem with the dashboard lights then, he said they hadnt.
Silly me here I was thinking my car had been checked over, not at all, it turns out that neville had nt done anything but the oil change so suzuki umhlanga charged me R1136.00 for an engine oil change, no safety checks, brakes etc were even looked at.
I sent the dealer principal, mr drew spink an email asking how I could be charged that amount for an engine oil change and nothing else, I received emails back saying nothing really, certainly not an apology which is all I wanted, one offered me discounts on spares, and another assuring me his workshop from now on would carry out safety checks on ALL cars in the future.
Disgusting service
