Firstly Joe is not to blame, poor management is! Last night, 19:00, I went to fill up at Shell in Laudium. My car takes LRP, there's only 1 pump with LRP at the entrance. Car's are filling up on both sides, but to my surprise, I wasn't allowed to go into the bay, due to the fact that Joe was filling petrol in a watering can because some with a black VW Golf was stuck. I just needed petrol, but because I had to wait I was going to ask this guy to check my tyre pressure too. Joe was spot on, he eventually sorted that guy out and attended to me, but while he was, a taxi pulls up behind me and someone else started pumping gas for the taxi, before I moved??? Whatever happened to waiting until the bay became free, I did that for at least 10 mins before they attended to me, couldn't management or a supervisor intervene to restore some order?!?! I had excellent service at Shell, but go ask Mr Kharbai at Engen about why I stopped filling at his station - guy's, I want to fill gas, pay and leave, not spend 20 mins in a state of chaos, I mean really, stop exploiting the fact that people have no choice but to fill gas and still make you rich!!!
