My petrol receipt is at 20.07, I used the Caltex Ruhamah station at not for the first time received shocking service and met my arrogant staff. There were only 2 attendants and a number of vehicles that were waiting to be serviced. The first attendant was arrogant and did not want to service me. When I went to go and pay, the lady told me that I cannot pay inside the shop for the petrol and had to go outside to go and pay. The previous time I used this station, I phoned the owner and left a message on his cel phone to complain about the beggar outside his shop that was making a nuisance of himself. To date the owner has not phoned me. The beggar was still there last tonight. As a Ucount customer I am forced to use your services to qualify for loyalty benefits. There are few of your stations that our clean and conveniently located and this service from Ruhamah is totally unacceptable. Furthermore, your first pump attendant had the audacity to right my car registration number down when I reprimanded him for not helping me. I take this as a threat on my safety and will be escalating this to the police for investigation.
