I did buy a car in Auto pedigree in the polokwane branch in 2009 July where by I was never given a service book for my car and on this year about February I spoke to the regional manager Dirk and he told me he will get the service book delivered via courier to my home address but still nothing was delivered till today and I contacted the Head office and the guy called Steenkamp wanted the details of my car, when did I purchase the car, which branch... etc I did forward that to him. Then still no response from them
