I traded in my 2009 Jimny and bought a brand new Jimny in 2012. My 3rd day with the car I started noticing that the car is heavy on fuel. I reported it. Also there's a steering wobble on the car (known fault) and was told to install a steering dampner. I reported the fuel again 2 weeks later and was told that I should wait until 20 000kms. It never got better. On the 15000km service I reported the brake wobble and the brake light on the dash flashing. Was told to check the brake fluid. Now 2 botlles later again reported. Multiple complaints later my car is now booked in for a 30000km service and I am told to skim the front discs, replace the pads and do the back brake lining. I am sorry I owned one of these cars before and this is ridiculous. After speaking to the stand in Dealer principle I am now told that the front discs will be skimmed under warranty, the brakes I have to pay for and the back linings can wait until the next service. But then I pay. At the rate Suzuki is conducting business with me there will be no next service as I will rather sell the car than deal with such poor service. This is the worst service I ever received will NEVER recommend Suzuki to anyone again.
