This has really upset me and I think it will be appropriate to mention this! This morning a Bergo Express / Aramex delivery services vehicle stopped in front of my gate, honking his horn for attention! A bell clearly not more than a meter away was to much effort to press for the required so over weight driver! The driver received his required attention in the same negative matter and disrespect which he tried to excerpt on to me!
I have phoned the company and spoken to the Operations Officer (Tiaan) and informed him about the situation! I also told him that I expect my package asap from the same driver!
This is unacceptable and nobody should be treated in such a way!
I have just received my package but the driver upon speaking politely to him did not even speak back to me, just portraying a total attitude of disrespect towards me if I was the one in the wrong!
