I purchased a new i20 remix from Boksburg Hyundai in March 2012 - it is the worst vehicle i have ever driven!! The service from the dealership was pathetic, I waited 6 weeks for number plates which I had to put on myself. The workmanship on the car was hideous the smash and grab is so badly put on it is peeling in places. the parrot system randomly speaks in French. the rear park assist was not colour coded and should be called side park assist as it beeps at objects next to the car. The electronics are insane and reset themselves to 1/1/2000 most times when you start the vehicle. the promise of 5.9L/100 km is a as I have never managed to get it under 8 sometimes its 15 and has even showed 36L/100km - fuel efficient or guzzler?? the car cuts out randomly while driving this resulting in me being bumped at a toll gate as the car just cut out, it does this around bends. I have phoned the complaints dept hundreds of times to speak to Max who never returns calls. I an highly disappointed in this purchase which has ABSOLUTELY no resale value, I put down R83500 dep and cannot even reach settlement value. NEVER EVER buy one of these!!!
