RAB recieved insurance approval on the 15/12/12 to commence with the work & start ordering the parts on the 15/12/12 they didn't, feedback from the panel beater was never recieved

They only only started work on the vehicle on the 11/1/13 nearly a month after receiving approval, when asking the manager on the progress & why it took so long to start the work he said its a minor job & will take them a week & I had informed him my car hire ends on the 18th & guaranteed me my vehicle would be ready by then. Come the 18th my car is still not ready & guarantee me that by Monday my vehicle would be sorted, I was forced to take leave as I had no transport to work. Tuesday I was forced to hire a cab to go see my vechile, I request to speak to the manager Ryan who blatantly avoided me, because of the he had told me.

After talking to the Technician he said the 24/1/13 is the best I can have my car, the & the waiting period is ridicious, I expected better service & would not recommend this panel beater to anyone. Ask for you car to be moved to one that does not lie. I had to take 4 days leave because no one wanted to tell me the truth till it was too late.
