Purchased an item for pickup and decided to take time out to rush over to Autostyle this afternoon (31/7/2013) to collect it.
As per the trading hours on the website it says 9am - 5pm. I arrived at 4:50pm to see 2 guys standing outside the store. As soon as they see me walking towards them they run into the store and closed the gates - disgraceful behaviour!
I told the guy that it isn't 5pm as yet to which he says that there is no1 in store. They all have gone home. There no1 to help you with even a pickup of an item.
This is bad service, an a attitude!
I took off time from work to collect and all I get is this attitude. Customer service isn't worth it now that you have my money?
Maybe Autostyle is becoming too caught up in the cash that flowing in an becoming complacent with customer service - Sure looks like it. This will be my last purchase. you and your service!
