Phoned dealership twice to book a service Audi in George before returning to my home town in Bethlehem, Free State. Was assured the dealership would return my call. Waited for hours, called again, apparently an e-mail was sent from the operator to the responsible servicing agent. Still no response. Have returned to Bethlehem.
If this is the type of response one gets if a service is booked, I wonder how Audi conducts business otherwise?
