We sent 3 engines to Cape Town on 16/05/2013 (gross mass 590.00, 3 parcels) and it cost us R2433.09. On 07/06/2013 we had an engine picked up and delivered to us (gross mass 221.00, 1 parcel) and it cost R2860.35. HOW ON EARTH IS THAT POSSIBLE??? We have phoned on 12/06/2013 to query and sent 4 emails, to date we got one response stating that it would be taken up with a manager and she would get back to us. It is now 2 months later and our emails are being ignored totally!!! If nessecary this matter will be taken up with the ombudsman!!!
