I regret buying Kia Brand

I took my car for service at Kia midrand my car was making some noise on the clutch especially when I reverse the car, and they told me they need to replace the clutch and it will take more or less 3 to 4 days, which I under stood, it was on a Monday when I dropped the vehicle at midrand, and I told them I will need the car at least by Thursday morning, I phone Wednesday to confirm if I can come for my car and they said they are not finished they will call me in the morning of which they never called me, then Thursday morning I phone and they tell me they need to replace something else, then I ask are you going to be done by Friday and they said yes they will be done, Friday I phone them and they tell me the part that they need to replace is on back order and it will take /- 3 weeks for them to get it and there's nothing they can do. I told them I needed a car urgently as I was supposed to travel the very same Friday, of which it took the whole day for kia head office to arrange a hired car for me of which they told me that I can only have it for five days, after that I am on my own, the five days for the hired vehicle past, I still don't have my car, kia don't care how I travel
