Unproffessional service, feedback, bad attitude

I waisted almost an hour yesterday tracking a parcel with the mentioned employees above. I was put on hold, transfered most pillar to post and given inaccurate information. I was promised call backs wich never happened. Up to now I have not received the correct information about the parcel.
