STATEMENT

I have been with this medical aid for 3 months now, I never received any statement from them, I called the call centre around 9 in morning today to get a statement, they sent me from pillar to post, they don't know what they are doing, I called for the second time I spoke to Shandra James she transferred me to the claim department, the claim department transferred me to admin department where I spoke to Lebo, she transferred me back to claim and then I was transferred back to Lebo again, she took down my details and promised that someone will call me even now I am still waiting, ALL THAT I WANT IS A STATEMENT OR AN SMS AFTER THE CONSULTATION .THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC PERIOD.
