BAD SERVICE, BAD MANAGEMENT!

Good Day Peter!

After almost 2 weeks of waiting for my fuel deposit to be returned to me for a car I rented from Avis (which arrived late as well) I decided to phone the branch from which I rented my car. After speaking to a man who obviously is not a receptionist and has no idea what he is doing for 10min he informed me that they would EFT the money to me and that it would take anoher 3 days. which is simply not good enough! As I have been waiting for close to two weeks already. I then eventually got hold the Isando branch manager who was in Ranburg, Her name is Nicky,

She gave me a lengthy story about how she promises to call me first thing in the morning and that they would drop the money off at a time the she would give me when she called. It is now 13:45. I have recieved nothing from her.

I just called the regional manager, Liezal, she has now given me the same story about dropping the money off. And now i wait. holding my thumbs.

Even if I was millionaire, IT IS NOT JUST ABOUT THE MONEY, IT IS ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE OF MAKING EMPTY PROMISES!!!
