Non existant customer service

I find it unacceptable that parts ordered from Japan are not returnable. I have been in the parts game for twenty two years and have worked for Volvo, Bmw and Opel amongst others. I have ordered parts for my clients from Germany, Sweden and Japan and have always been able to return parts. For Yamaha South Africa to say parts are not returnable is unacceptable. I will be contacting the Consumer Affairs Board to confirm whether this is not against the Consumer Protection Act.
