In November 2012 I purchased a second hand BWM 120d from the Subaru Bruma Branch. When purchasing the car I was informed by the Sales Agent that the car comes with Run Flat tyres and as such I would not have a spare. Eight months after purchasing the car one of the tyres needed replacing and so I took it in. It was there that I discovered that none of the tyres were run flats and that Subaru had blatantly to during the sale. To make matters worse the tyre company informed me that my front right tyre had been put on with the tread facing the incorrect way and that there was massive existing tyre damage on the inside of this tyre. The tyre has obviously been turned the incorrect way to hide this damage.
When reported to Bruma they were completely unwilling to provide any assistance and basically informed me that because it took me so long to notice it is my own problem.
To sum up my experience with Subaru it would be: poor quality cars, deceptive sales agents and shocking customer service. If these are the qualities you are looking for in a car dealership I would suggest buying a car at Subaru Bruma.
