I am a regular customer at Shell Ormonde, in fact my wife and I fill our cars at this station on a weekly basis.
17th July I went to the Service station to put fuel in my car and check my tyre pressure, the petrol attendant assisting me was more than happy to put fuel in my car BUT when it came to checking my tyre pressure he REFUSED to pump my tyres for me. His reason was that I AM A YOUNG MAN AND MUST PUMP MY OWN TYRES. HE'S OLDER THAN ME SO HE'S NOT PUMPING MY TYRES FOR ME. I asked to speak to Haroon the manager and he was not available and I called him on his cellphone. He said would hold a Disciplinary Hearing the following day and call me. I AM STILL WAITING!!! I have friends living around this area and I have shared my experience with them and they will no longer use this garage. Haroon I hope you know the power of WORD OF MOUTH... spreads like wild FIRE.
