Can anyone please tell me how Petrol station operates, maybe I was not informed and might be making a big thng out of nothing.went to BP Showground about 15 minutes ago asked the guy to tcheck my oil which he said was a not enough I then asked him to pour in one which he did, bt wen I asked him to check my tyre pressure he shouted at me and told me not to him work and go sort out my tyres at Sasol garage coz I don't pour in petrol by them, I found ths annoyng and just not on, wen inside to ask for the manager who came and asked the same guy to assist me but he told hs manager the same thng, with so much anger on his face..ths was abit shockng as I have never recvd such service at any petrol station..the guy by the name of Zakhisa (same guy) he had the audacity to tell me that garage never assist people that don't buy anythng exceedng R200 at the garage and must just go to whr I will get help..am still shaking from anger..bt the manager then askd another guy to assist me... I was told I can log in a formal complaint when the garage owner is around 2mrw..I still don't belv the pathetic service I got at Bp garage showground... maybe I was neva informed that if u don't purchase for R200 and m
