Bad Equipment Maintenance

I stopped at the Total Fuel Station to fill up about 4 weeks ago. The forecourt was very busy and I had to wait about 5 min for a pump to become available.
I asked the attendant to please inflate my tyres. He replied that the air inlet was out of order. He filled my car with fuel, and when I wanted to pay with my card was informed that the card machine was out of order. I went to pay inside the store. When I got to the front of the queue I told the cashier that he should tell the manager that the air inlet was out of order and they should have it repaired as it is quite inconvenient. He was extremely rude to me. more than 2 weeks later, I was at the same fuel station at the same pump (no 8) and once again (or STILL) the air pump was out of order. Can you understand that consumers need fuel and to have their tyres inflated, as a necessity. Nobody chooses to spend their precious time waiting around fuel stations because they want to. And if one of your customers tries to be helpful in pointing out that your equipment is in need of service or repair, they are greeted with a bad attitude. Perhaps if your maintenance was done this wont be necessary. I won't stop there again.
