Damaged Car wheels and refused to Resolve Issue

I am a regular customer who purchases fuel on a daily basis at the service station. I took my car to change my tyres a month ago. George was the attendant that came to my assistance. I asked the above attendant if he could do the tyre change which he agreed. I then gave him the first tyre and he tore the wall of the tyre, as he used a metal object. He then proceeded with the second tyre and damaged it as well. I requested that he remove the tyre only find out that he had damaged the rim as well. I called for the supervisor Alton to complain. He requested, I call Haroon the station manager. I called and explained the situation to Haroon who request I come on a week day in presence of the attendant at his time. I requested that my Dad go and attend to the situation as I am working and cannot get off on a week day. Haroon refuses to deal with the situation and expects me to make time to come and see him. I am not impressed with the managers attitude, as a customer it is not my duty to resolve internal issues for Shell Fomiss. I replaced the tyres at my own cost, as it is my daily transport to work. It is a month now and still no resolution.
