I'm really not impressed by the service I have been receiving from AA Autobay - especially the service from Fabian Dixon. He doesn't respond to my e-mails and it feels like he puts ZERO effort into selling my vehicle. His attitude was negative from the moment we met and he has never given me any proper customer service. I am very frustrated, I was so happy to find that there was a place like AA Autobay in South Africa. I thought it would be an awesome and safe way to sell my vehicle, but it's been a disappointing process with absolutely no customer service of any kind. I really wish they had some competitors but I can't seem to find anyone else. Seems I'll have to sell my vehicle myself. At this point in time I would not recommend AA Autobay to anyone.

AA Autobay also seems to have no proper process for the sales agent and the call centre to stay connected or keep each other up to date. It's really frustrating. It feels like none of them really know what's going on at their own business and they really have not been putting any effort into selling my vehicle. I especially blame Fabian Dixon for his lack of enthusiasm and salesmanship.
