A few weeks ago, I complained about the chicken I had purchased that had gone bad. I got a call from Fabian advising me to visit when I got a chance. He also explained to me the cold-chain process and how sometimes frozen items are left on the shelves, and how they spoil. On my way home from the gym yesterday, I popped in and met Fabian who gave me two packs of fresh chicken about R30 more in value, than I had originally purchased. I was happy that I had not lost anything in the process. Thank you Fabian for your time and effort... Your pleasant approach will keep me shopping at Food Lovers Market!
