I phoned rtt on the saturday rquesting that I will go to head office and collect my parcel. Ten minutes later a lady phoned back saying that they are sending a courier instantly to delivery my parcel for me.
I was impressed with the quick services and them going the extra mile, since it is usually extra costs on a weekend.
