BMW South Africa
Steering Lock Problem since January 2013

My car gave steering lock error in Jan 2013. Called Forsdicks they could not help me even with a service day or cortesy car. I then called BMW on call. The mechanic arrived. He tried Forsdicks with no luck then SMG. BMW on call arranged courtesy vehicle at my cost of R1220.00. I was told I will have to pay for petrol only. SMG fixed nothing nor did they call me. I have a few emails with this regard sent to Paul at BMW on call. I returned the car at airport next day after collecting my car from SMG. Gave engine oil error on same day on arriving at airport. Drove to Forsdicks paid R98.00. Car gave same steering lock error again in Feb. Informed SMG, they sent a courtesy car with no petrol. Steering column and service was done. Steering then made clicking sound. Took to Forsdicks, they repaired Brake dics. Sound still persisted for months. Took car yesterday 17 July 2013 to Forsdicks with same clicking sound error.
Steering rack has to be replaced. Order has been done, Brent will call me for a date to bring in the car. According to Brent, steering column was replaced. Steering rack is the now the problem.
I want my refund of R770.00 as the fault is not with me but both suppliers.
