BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE!!!

End of 2011 we bought a new XUV 500 W8 in Polokwane, after our boy's birth2010.On our drive home to Louis-Trichardt we discovered a few problems on the vehicle. We notified them ASAP & said we must bring the Vehicle back to resolve the software malfunctioning, the vibration on the steering wheel & brakes that felt like"grabbing" when accelerating in 2nd gear. They couldn't fix the problems & said they're waiting for new software and instructions from Mahindra SA (from Indie) to resolve the problem & said their was no fault on the steering. After several phone call and vehicle services (at Polokwane, Bethal, Tzaneen as required by the log book) & complaints & driving up and down for software updates (which was 4 short while corrected at Mahindra Centurion) our vehicle is still at fault. At our latest visit to Mahindra Silverton, they had to replace the steering rack, radio system & left rear door lock. Mahindra SA fails to phone back when we try to lodge complaints. Our steering rack still makes knocking sound & other problems on vehicle that was reported previously to agents still isn't resolved. We paid for a NEW car not a broken one that needs to be fixed! PLEASE HELP US! we're at ropes end
