My Fortuner was given in for repair at Zambesi Auto. In the 7 weeks that my car was there, phonecalls were always accepted with friendliness and the best customer service was given. Jaco Britz was someone that specifically stood out. He was always willing to give feedback and made me feel like I was the only important customer that they had. He really went the extra mile. I receved my vehicle with a big red ribbon on the bonnet today. Which is not their company's policy at all. He did it all on his own.
It wonderful to see that there are people that will still go the extra mile to give the best service possible.
