I must commend whoever is running this Toyota branch in Woodmead. After my dreadful experience from Toyota Edenvale this branch (Woodmead) has turned around my opinion of Toyota service completely.
A last minute late booking by my myself for my vehicle's service was accommodated at the drop of a hat. The person who telephonically booked my vehicle in was the most pleasant person I have ever spoken to and definitely knew how to uplift the conversation after being turned away from Toyota Edenvale. The following morning I was pleasant surprised when dropping off my car. As I got out of my car, a gentlemen walked up to me and greeted me by name before I could say anything. We proceeded to book in my vehicle and then assisted me with a lift to the office. Once done there he showed me to the waiting room where there was coffee and some sport on T.V. Not that I got to enjoy any of the amenities because I was swiftly escorted to my office within 2min's of sitting down.
Whoever is running this place needs to be employed to sort out the other branches, because the other branches can surely eat some of the humble service delivery pie that he/she is baking.
