I recently purchased a new Toyota Etios (My Baby Blue) from Mccarthy Toyota Bruma, what a great team of people. And what a vibrant, beaming sales man! I am so impressed with the staff, they made Baby Blue day really special.
Alpha has been so pro-active, friendly, helpful and accommodating. He also provides feedback and delivers with a smile. I have full confidence that this young man will reach every success in his career with Toyota and any future endeavour. He understands the importance of great customer service and has provided me with a memorable client service experience. I will never forget the presentation of my new car, the smiles on the faces of all the staff and Alpha's energy.
