Had numerous issues with Audi East rand on repairs. Now when I wanted to book my car in for a service I am told that I must use another dealer or wait at least 7 working days. Due to the amount of traveling I do, I can not afford to wait for 7 working days to have my vehicle serviced. I do at least between 5 to 6 thousand km per month. This is the reason why I can not book in advance as my vehicle is my office. Currently I am 2000km over the service limit due to once again not being able to book my car for a service at a more reasonable time period. Are you now saying that audit service centtres is so busy that they can not accomodate and existing audi owner (have been for 12 years). Is this audi way of telling you that maybe it is time to move onto BMW or Mercedes. If only they asked why I can not wait so long for a service and can maybe offer an emergency assistance for this once... but no, plain sorry but we can not accomodate you at this stage... wow... what kind of service is this.
