BAD SERVICE ALL ROUND

MY vehicle went into Kia Edenvale for repairs and a diagnostic was done on the vehicle
and I was told that only the alternator has to be changed. Which was done and paid for, for the amount
of - R 5500 . as I drove off About 2km's from the dealer the car switched off, I walked back
to the dealer to tell them what happen and the response I got was shocking - IMO told me that it
was not their fault and there is nothing they can do. With my wife and 2yr old child in the car I was
left stranded on the side of the road not knowing what to do. My entire experience with kia was unacceptable
and nobody has to go through. I will never buy a Kia or advise anyone to buy a Kia again cos the back up
service really.
