The car went in 28 May 2013 - the car overheated (although my gauge never showed that it was overheating)- I was told the warranty will cover this issue - stock was imported, once repaired they found the water pump is also faulty and once again had to hear that it would take 15-21 days to get parts in - Up till now no luck to get my car back - still no answer from them on when it will arrive - I've tried to arrange a loan car however nobody seems interested in helping!!! this is ridicules.. and I need answers urgently!!! That is my only means of transport and is already the 15 July!!!
The car is by Renault - Princess Crossing - They have been trying to assist but no luck with any dates - suggested pirate pars at my own expense - and if anything goes wrong obviously it will not be covered again...
