We have had not one response regarding out query raised 3 months ago, to no avail. One of the employees even commented that a posting on Hello Peter would not help, one has to raise a complain with the Head Office, or the General Manager of the branch. Which is impossible as you don't get to speak to anybody there.
Kia is just ridiculous in their customer services, regarding complaints.
