In April this year I wrote on hello peter to complain that planet fitness in cobble walk closed down and i could not reach the head office, they replied through hello peter with contact details for me and I was pleased and thought we were finally moving forward, however we are now in August and I have no result out of them. We have been to the branch in Durbanville and seen the manager and the complaints person which seems to have changed at least twice since this problem started. When we go into the branch each time we are told there is a new person dealing with complaints and we need to give them two weeks. I have been patient and have now been waiting for 3 months and would like some results. I paid for a 3 year contract in full and only got 12 months use out of it, I asked them to simply close my contract and pay me out the remaining months of the contract that I had paid for as there other gyms were too far for me to get to, the cobble walk gym has now been closed for over 7 months and still no result. I am a very disappointed customer!
