Had a problem with car while in Namibia on holiday. Had a torrid time with Fourways Land Rover Vereeniging getting vehicle ready for the long trip. I took a chance and stopped at the Windhoek dealership with the hope that they could fix my self induced problem. The help and standard of service from this branch was exemplary. I would like to make use of this opportunity to thank Albert, Irene, Dylan, Jerome, Martin and all the members that worked to get my vehicle sorted and back on the road in record time. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I think some of our branches have a lot to learn about keeping their eye on the goal in achieving a standard of service like Windhoek.
