I drive a BMW 118i E87, 2005 model. I was notified by a dealer that I had coolant leak on my vehicle after someone opened my bonnet, so I called another dealer closest to me BMW Alberante late on Friday, and found there was a gentleman who was willing to assist me (Thabang Kekana). It was very late Friday when I took the car in and he requested that I leave the car at Alberante overnight to pressure test my cooling system the following morning. Only to find there was no leaks on my car, and the dealer that had worked on it before didn't bother cleaning my covers. So, a BIG compliment to BMW Alberante for great customer service and for going the extra mile for their customers. Another BIG thank you to the gentleman who assisted me.
