Shocking and Bad Service: Lindsay Saker Midrand

Pathetic Service... particularly from Craig Henderson & Martin Vosloo. Buying cheap, is buying expensive!! Lindsay Saker Midrand had advertised a New Tdi at a slightly reduced price, little did I realise, this reduction will be accompanied by BAD service. On the day of collection, I enquired "more" about extending the 3yr/120k warranty. I had enquired 3 times prior to this, each time Craig duly brushed me off to some other person, bearing in mind, he was the salesperson I dealt with from the start. They quoted a FEE to extend this by an additional 80 000kms, which I DULY accepted and signed for, BEFORE taking delivery. Craig assured me, all will be well, I made it very clear, that on that evening I was headed away on business, and there-fore, was unable to sign any further documents. I enquired the status upon my return, and to my horror (OR IS THIS NORMAL?) the extension was NOT done, because I had not signed further (bearing in mind, my trip). Not a phone call, a sms or a fax from this DEALER since collection. Amazing how Craig answered every sms and email prior to sale! To quote Martin in part, "Craig had no choice, it was year-end".
