Bad Attitude And incosiderate toward customers

This morning I experienced difficulties with my StdBnk card & I believe I was not the only customer with this problem. I only found out after the petrol attended poured petrol 4me & the card declined their ATM machine was not working. Every1 assisted me well except 4whn I askd 4banking details 4rm their manager Bentel who then gave me a bad attitude.1stly I askd 4the banking details and not a payment method so 4him 2give me a "Bad Attitude is unacceptable. It was not my fault but the bank, the cameras have my Car Reg details, so 2run away with a lousy R200.00 wld be stupid the employee is new that assisted me. I told Bentel I need details so I can do an EFT payment &he asks me if I dn't do the EFT? How can u ask me that whn I askd 4the details? He had the nerve 2ask me if I knew hw much it was that I hve 2pay, I asked 4petrol how wld I nt knw whn it is my car? Mayb being in my shoes 4a minute wld hv helped but he was cold as ever &he made me late 4my meeting as I was thr 4more thn 20min. The room he went 2 @de bck was were the cameras r & he thinks I dn't knw, I cn't believe there r still ppl like this. My driver will be dropping the money off. THIS HAS 2B RESOLVED & HE HS CHANGE HIS BEING.
