NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY

Bought a vehicle from them 3 weeks back. On our way back to North West, we discovered the handling of the car was not right. Took it for a check. Stabiliser arm was broken off. Only after I asked them how a car could pass roadworthy with a broken stabiliser arm I got a reaction from them. We then travelled to Mozambique. While there, vehicle started giving problems. Had to return earlier, were afraid vehicle might break down completely. Faulty injector, might cost R6000 plus. They refuse to take responsibility or pay anything!!! We contacted them and tried to resolve it but it seems the moment they get paid, their responsibility and good service stops. It's a good thing that consumers like us are nowadays protected by a consumer council. We have lodged a formal complaint with the consumer council, and will take it from there.
Why must I pay for the faulty car they sold???
