I booked a vehicle in for aircon repairs and when I collected the vehicle they couldn't re-install the gear lever boot, after many attempts they eventually told me the carpet expanded due to the damp. I took the car to a dealer and within seconds they informed me that the boot clip was broken off. I took the car back. Now the owner claim it was broken and failed to accept responsibility. He was extremely rude and eventually started to intimidate me. After I left with the car not fixed he phoned me twice to further confront me. The cost of the damage was R300 and he charged me R1710 to fix a leaking pipe.
