We bought a vehicle from Durban North Auto Sales (DNAS) on 12/11/2012 but after driving it for a while we felt that there were things wrong with it so we took it for an AA test and they told us the vehicle had lots of problems and that the vehicle should never have passed COR. We took it back to DNAS several times and each time they promised to resolve our concerns but we were just being bluffed. We eventually wrote to the Consumer Protection guys and they were very helpful. DNAS once again promised to fix the problems but all they appear to do is cover up the problem so you think it has been resolved. We just took the vehicle for a service and discovered that some of the items they claim to have fixed are in fact still faulty. Be very careful when buying a car from Durban North Auto Sales. They are not 100% honest!!! Before handing over any money or signing any documents... take the vehicle for an AA Test!!!
