NO CAP, NO RESPONSE

I visited Supa Quick on Saturday 6 July.
Received good service from Barbara with regards to fixing of my brakes even though after a R3K repair they couldn't wash my car which they advertise they can do, due to skeleton staff. (then dont advretise it)
To my regret I left the establishment without checking if all my caps where on my wheels.
I drive from Northcliff to Northriding, when I get out of my car at home I mistakenly notice that my car had 1 less cap on. Immediately contacted George at Supaqucik that said he would call me on Monday as his staff had already left but says he sees nothing in the work area. I tell him to please check the balancing side as I had my balancing and alignment done. In his don't care attitude manner he says he will call me but it must've fallen off on way home. After an email and my call, I called back today as no one cared to get back to me.. So if my cap fell off, could it mean that the guy didnt fit it properly after removing it?
In all the time of having a car not once has my Peuegot cap fallen off, it fits in rather solid when clipped properly.
No after care service, no care, no follow up and is my cap still in the workshop?
