My fortuna went to RDG in April for gearbox repairs we were quoted for repairs on the gearbox plus the clutch kit. They had the car for 2 weeks. I had to constantly phone to find out what the status of the car was. Nobody bothered to call me or my husband with any feedback. Finally we got it back 2 weeks later. Later it went back to RDG because there was no difference in the car. My husband took it in to them three more times after that on the 5th occasion they were then suppose to fetch it from us to sort it out but we ended up taking it last week Tuesday. If I had not phoned them today I would not have heard from them. The car still has not been worked on - I don't think they did anything the first time R21000 is a lot of money for such pathetic service. They advertise such wonderful service and workshop on tv but believe me they are as good as a. I will ensure that this message gets around for SA to see what RDG is all about
