Yesterday 8/7/13 afternoon I unfortunately went to ask for a quote to rent a car in cape town from BUDGET CAR RENTAL ''service" for 3 days. When I arrived the lady working at the desk just said it was R249 per day and so I asked if she could assist me with a quote. She then took a piece of desk paper and wrote on it R249 per day and handed it to me, no budget heading letter or an actual quote??? only a piece of desk paper... I then asked for how many days they would charge me according to flights ive arranged and again handed me the paper claiming its 249 per day and a R60 contract fee... I don't know if that is how BUDGET CAR RENTAL service is supposed to work but I find it rather unprofessional.
