Don't, trust Budget.
We had a rental car with budget for 30 days. In this 30 while the car was parked in a parking area. and we where in the shops someone scratched the car. It was a couple of small scratches about 15cm. Now we received a demand of R4500 from Budget for a small minor scratches on the panel under the door.
